Lawyer since 1971. I also built a successful business outside of the practice of law in the healthcare arena. I was admitted to the US Tax Court in 1981, I was certified in NLP training as a Master Practitioner in 1985, and received a Master of Public Health degree in 2008. I understand the rules of taxation, and have done extensive work with medical personnel. I have run for political office in 1974, been on the Board of Directors of several companies, taught law school, served on committees, & practiced trial law for a wide range of legal cases. I am presently on the Board of a digital public relations & marketing company, and provide them with strategic advice and business planning. I can also assist in helping to understand how to set up a case for trial and what evidence will be needed. I understand the legalities that you'll need to consider in business, and I can help you strategize your business decisions. Finally, as Treasure of a local HOA, I understand how to help with budgets and other financing and funding.
