Utilizing an omni-channel approach, Serna believes in developing a brand and digital marketing strategy through the lens of a loyal customer.
He's spent the last 15 years working in various roles within the public and private sectors, across various industries—including the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Specialty Coffee Association, Constant Contact and other eCommerce Software as a Service (SaaS) companies while serving several multicultural communities along the way.

Armando Ojeda currently serves as Chapter Chair of the SCORE Southern Arizona Chapter in Tucson. He has served in a number of leadership roles in his career as a corporate executive, business association director and small business owner. Among his noteworthy assignments were: Director, Minority Supplier Development, Ford Motor Company; Executive Director, Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and President & CEO of Marvel Earth Management, an environmental service provider.Armando is a graduate of Michigan State University and studied at the Universidad de las Americas in Cholula, Mexico.
