  • Create response templates
  • Delegate email responding to staff

Here’s a free tip:

Create folders and rules – If you have those email newsletters that you want to read, create a folder, then a rule so that all emails from that address will go automatically into that folder. You’ll see when you have new messages and choose to read them when you want to. Create folders and rules for clients, vendors, anyone who regularly emails you.
