Jim Lavorato is the founder of 4M Performance which is designed to assist businesses accelerate there revenue growth and market reach.
Jim launched an entertainment-related company in 1988. He was at the forefront in cinema technology and helped spearhead the movie industry's transition to digital presentation and distribution. Also co-founded the Arboreal Group, an environmental consultancy which enables movie theaters to become environmentally sustainable structures. Arboreal was developed in conjunction with the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Program.
He's lived and worked in Boston, Buffalo, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, and Pittsburgh and held assignments in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and throughout Central America.
Jim has published numerous articles on the motion picture and media industries. Currently a contributing editor for ScreenTrade magazine and author a blog "Cinema Mucho Gusto". He is a certified SCORE Mentor in the SCORE Greater Phoenix Chapter and lives in Scottesdale, AZ.
