Co-founded and served as CEO for a telecommunications consulting partnership. Eight years at SCORE. Past Operations Chair, Chapter President, and currently member of the Chapter Executive Committee and member of the National Advisory Council. Have assisted numerous clients to start and better manage small businesses. Qualified to advise in business start up procedures, marketing, financial management, and planning. Mentor appointments available at the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce (Goodyear) on 1st, 3rd, and 4th Thursdays and the Goodyear Library on 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Jay retired after 23 years in the Air Force as a Mustang Major. He served in assignments in Germany, SAC Hq, Korea, and retired from the Pentagon; Intelligence NCO and Officer; Academy Professor.
