Darryl is the Founder & CEO of Tr33 Inc. and the Principal OCM Consultant of Tr33 LLC. As an expert practitioner of Organizational Change Management [OCM] Darryl designs and advises on people-side risk management methodologies for businesses to achieve healthy, organic, sustainable, growth, performance as companies are challenged with cultural, strategic planning & delivery,operational, and technological challenges that prevent the successful implementation of planned initiatives.
Prior to his current role and the establishment of Tr33 Inc., Darryl served in a variety of Sr. Leadership roles in the IT industry supporting Strategic Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Energy & Utilities sectors. In addition to managing Tr33 Inc. Darryl is a former Board Member for CFW a Non-Profit organization providing educational services to the disenfranchised members of the local community and Board Chairman for OST Guiding Hands a Non-Profit organization providing early childhood development to K - 8th graders in the urban community. Additionally, Darryl is a Fall 2015 Workshop Sponsor of the San Diego State University’s Center for Information & Convergence Strategy (CICS) program and a member of the CICS Consortium Leadership Group.
Darryl received his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Maryland and holds certifications in Business Process & Statistical Analysis from the University of California, Irvine. Darryl is a licensed CCMP and holds professional certifications with LEAN Six Sigma and partners with SCORE and the PSW-NMSDC among other affiliations.
