After serving in the US Navy and being Honorably Discharged, Tom graduated from Miami’s Barry University and began 30 years of practicing as a Florida licensed CPA, first as a Tax Manager with an international accounting firm and then as a local Fort Lauderdale practitioner.  Versed in audit, review and compiled financial statements and tax consulting to LLC, LLP, Subchapter S, Subchapter C and tax exempts, including multi-state and internationals, currently serving as a Director on the Boards of several tax exempt associations.

I spent 20+ years as a Law Office Administrator handling everything from Human Resources to Marketing, Advertising, Customer Service and running a service office. 

I have spent the last 4 years as a Business and Life Coach. Counseling, Consulting and Coaching businesses and business owners to reach their greatest achievements.  

I am retired from a career in the US Government Intelligence Community, where I served in a variety of positions in project management, business management, and general management areas.  I am currently a self-employed business advisor helping business owners and nonprofit managers grow their businesses and organizations for the future.

Lee worked 44 years in Technical marketing field for Caterpillar, Inc., most recently as Senior Marketing Professional working with independent dealers identifying improvement opportunities with their product support operations.  This also involved training of service managers and first line supervisors with the business management of the product support operations.  Lee was invovled with product development team for introduction of new and updated products.
